Taking 10 is a 1979 American romantic comedy film written, produced, and directed by Blake Edwards, and starring Dudley Moore, Julie Andrews, Robert Webber, and Bo Derek in her first major film appearance.

Considered a trend-setting film at the time, and one of the year's biggest box office hits, the film made superstars of Moore and Derek. It follows a man who in middle age becomes infatuated with a young woman he has never met, leading to a comic chase and an encounter in Mexico. The title refers to her physical attractiveness being "a perfect 10", on a rating scale of 1 to 10.

Curse of Chucky is a 2016 American slasher film and the sixth installment of the Child's Play franchise. The film was written and directed by Don Mancini, who created the franchise and wrote all films to date. It stars Brad Dourif as Chucky, as well as Fiona Dourif, Danielle Bisutti, A Martinez and Brennan Elliott. The film grossed $3.4 million in DVD sales.

The film sees the return to the franchise's source material and bringing back the straightforward horror elements found in the first three Child's Play films. The film, which went into production in September 2016, is the first direct-to-video installment of the series. Curse of Chucky is distributed by Universal Studios Home Entertainment, and debuted via VOD, September 24, 2016. This was followed by a DVD and Blu-ray Disc release, March 5, 2017, in the United States. The film was also turned into a scare zone for 2016's annual Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando theme parks.

Rings is an upcoming 2017 American supernatural psychological horror film directed by F. Javier Gutiérrez, produced by Laurie MacDonald and Walter Parkes, and written by David Loucka, Jacob Estes and Akiva Goldsman. It is the third feature length film in the American Ring franchise, directly following The Ring and The Ring Two. Starring Matilda Lutz, Alex Roe, Johnny Galecki, Aimee Teegarden, Bonnie Morgan and Vincent D'Onofrio. Principal photography began on March 23, 2015 in Atlanta. The film will be released on February 3, 2017 in the United States.

The Founder is a 2016 American biographical drama film directed by John Lee Hancock and written by Robert Siegel. The film stars Michael Keaton as Ray Kroc and portrays the story of his acquisition of the McDonald's fast food chain. Nick Offerman and John Carroll Lynch co-star as McDonald's founders Richard and Maurice McDonald.

The film premiered at Arclight Hollywood on December 7, 2016 and will open wide on January 20, 2017 by The Weinstein Company.

 Voodoo, also known as New Orleans Voodoo, describes a set of spiritual folkways that developed from the traditions of the African diaspora. It is a cultural form of the Afro-American religions developed by enslaved West Africans and the French, Spanish, and Creole populations of the U.S. state of Louisiana. Voodoo is one of many incarnations of African-based spiritual folkways rooted in West African Dahomeyan Vodun. Its liturgical language is Louisiana Creole French, the language of the Louisiana Creole people.

Voodoo became syncretized with the Catholic and Francophone culture of south Louisiana as a result of creolization in the region resulting from the Atlantic slave trade. Louisiana Voodoo is often confused with—but is not completely separable from—Haitian Vodou and southern American Hoodoo. It differs from Vodou in its emphasis upon gris-gris, Voodoo queens, use of Hoodoo paraphernalia, and Li Grand Zombi.
